Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We process orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure plants don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Yes, as soon as your green friends leave our nursery, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow their journey.
We offer a 30-day Arrive Alive guarantee. If your plant is damaged during transit, simply send us a photo and we will send a replacement immediately.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority—contact us and we'll make it right.
Most plants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Check the soil moisture 2 inches down; if it's dry, it's time to water.
