Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund (in eligible cases)

The resolution will depend on the condition and nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Healthy plants delivered as expected
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Products damaged due to improper care after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after being placed. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Plant Care Responsibility

Plants are living products and require proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to environmental conditions or care practices.
